We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays, deliveries to remote places, etc.

Tracking 
All packages have Tracking Numbers. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate email when your order is being processed.

Return
If you would like to return your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to exchange or return the item.
If you are returning or exchanging your order, be sure to securely package the returned items. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Damage
In the rare case that you have received an item damaged by the postal service, or an item with a printing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Photos and a description of the issue must be included so that I can resolve the issue.
